H.E. Dr. Andrise Bass, PhD, EdD

Dr.Andrise Bass is an expert in diplomacy, public policy, and international leadership, with a strong commitment to promoting peace, human rights, and sustainable development. Originally from Haiti, she has distinguished herself through her dedication to empowering young leaders and encouraging the participation of new generations in global discussions on governance and international cooperation.

She is the Founder and President of the Humanitarian Focus Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing peace, diplomacy, and human development. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research (IPPDR), an international organization that provides training, research, and mentorship programs in the fields of public policy, diplomacy, and leadership.

Through her initiatives, Andrise Bass has helped create opportunities for young people from around the world to engage in international forums related to the United Nations. Her work focuses on strengthening the capacities of young professionals and students so they can actively contribute to building more just, inclusive, and peaceful societies.

As a speaker and mentor, she regularly participates in international programs and events addressing diplomacy, global governance, leadership, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
